Most shops swap the part. We repair the part.

Six layers sit between a cracked screen and a working phone. Here is every one we touch — and what actually goes wrong at each.

  • Every reseal gets a fresh adhesive gasket, so the phone leaves with its water resistance restored rather than quietly compromised.

  • Panel, digitiser and backlight are matched as one module and tested for touch response, True Tone and brightness before anything is closed up.

  • Where most shops stop and we start. Power ICs, charging lines, backlight circuits and corroded pads are repaired on the board under a microscope.

  • Swollen or badly degraded cells are replaced, never revived. The old cell leaves with us for certified disposal.

  • A bent frame is why a brand-new screen lifts at the corner a week later. We check the frame is flat before a single part goes back in.

  • Separated with controlled heat rather than levered off, so the wireless charging coil and camera ring survive the opening.

Before you book.

Do you really repair it in front of me?

Yes — that is the whole point of a doorstep booking. The technician sets up a portable anti-static mat on your table and completes the repair there. If the diagnosis turns up something that genuinely needs a microscope, we tell you before anything leaves the room, and you decide.

Which areas do you cover for doorstep repair?

Gurgaon end to end — Sector 49, DLF Phases 1 to 5, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, Cyber City, Sushant Lok, Palam Vihar and New Gurgaon — plus South and West Delhi, Dwarka, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. If you’re unsure about your pin code, call +91 87962 90111 before booking.

What does a repair cost?

Diagnosis is free. After it, you get one fixed quote covering parts and labour, and work starts only once you approve it. Nothing is opened, ordered or fitted before that — and if you decline, we reassemble the device and there is nothing to pay.

Is my data safe?

Most repairs never need your passcode. When one does — display, Face ID or board-level work that has to be function-tested — you enter it yourself, in front of you, and you can change it the second we’re finished. We never copy anything off your device.

What if the fault is on the motherboard?

That’s the work the lab exists for. Water damage, dead power ICs, backlight and charging-line faults are repaired at component level under a microscope in Sector 49, rather than by replacing the whole board.

How late can I book?

We’re open 9am to 11pm, seven days a week, and doorstep slots run right up to closing. Evening slots are the first to fill, so book earlier in the day if you need a technician after 8pm.
