Everything we repair

If it has a screen, a battery, or a board, it comes through Sector 49. Eight of these families can be repaired at your own table. Two cannot, and this page says which — before you book, not after.

Repaired at your address

An engineer travels to your home or office and completes the repair in front of you, on an anti-static mat, at your own table. Anything that turns out to need the bench is documented and quoted again before the device leaves.

Bench work only

These two cannot honestly be done at a customer's table. An iMac opens along a bonded display seam that has to be re-cured flat; a speaker enclosure is sealed under tension and its acoustic gasket has to be restored. Both are booked in at Sector 49 or collected from you.
