How an iPhone screen replacement works at your door
- 01A free diagnosis checks the display, touch, the frame and Face ID before anything is opened.

- 03The old screen comes off, and the earpiece and sensor assembly moves across to the new one.
- 04The new screen is sealed with fresh adhesive, then touch, brightness, True Tone and Face ID are tested with you.

What decides the price
Two things set the price: the model, because newer iPhones use larger and more expensive OLED panels, and the part grade you choose. A cracked back or a bent frame found at diagnosis is quoted separately, never added to the screen price without asking.
iPhone screen replacement questions
Will Face ID still work after the screen is replaced?
It should, and it is tested before you pay. Face ID's projector and camera sit behind the screen, not in it, and are paired to the phone's board, so a screen replacement does not replace them. What can break it is damage to the earpiece and proximity-sensor assembly that moves from the old screen to the new one, or a knock the phone took in the same fall. The diagnosis checks Face ID before anything is opened, so you know whether it worked going in.
Is the screen replaced at my home?
Yes. The engineer brings the display for your model and fits it at your home or office in Gurgaon while you watch. A phone with a bent frame or board damage found at diagnosis is the exception: that work goes to the Sector 49 lab, and you are told before anything is opened.
Will I lose my photos and data?
A screen replacement does not touch the phone's storage, so your data stays where it is. Back up anyway if the phone still lets you, because any phone that has been dropped hard can have other faults.
What is the difference between the screen grades?
OG is the maker's original display. OEM and OLED parts are made to the same size and connector but differ in brightness, colour and touch response; compatible screens cost least. The written quote names the grade fitted, and the warranty depends on it.
